The Old Shop Pop-Up Gallery - Free Monthly Exhibitions

Embodied: studies of the body in sculpture and drawing by Caroline Ingham -   Caroline makes non-figurative, three-dimensional forms, examining the body in states of vulnerability and uncertainty. Working across painting and sculpture, her approach is one of speculative making, grounded in material experimentation. This exhibition brings together twelve works and offers a rare opportunity to see Caroline’s anatomy and life drawings alongside her sculptures, revealing the relationship between observation, the body and her abstract sculptural forms.

Kay Barker: A Sense of Place - Kay is a Norfolk-based, award winning printmaker and painter who has been exhibiting for over 20 years. Through her detailed observation of the landscape, Kay’s creative practice expresses her emotional response to the world that surrounds her.   

The Cleymore Motley Art Crew is a co-operative of six local artists (Alison Dickson, Chrissy Bolton, Bob Kidd, Julie Langdon, Patricia Osborn & Sam Rafter), the Cleymore Motley Art Crew, meet together in the gallery space once a week to create, discuss, support, inspire & learn from each other. Each artist has their own unique style, focus & expertise.  Their work formed the inaugural exhibition in the Gallery and celebrated their coming together The Old Shop, giving them a creative home & allowing us to showcase local talent as well as the best of Norfolk.
