The Old Shop Pop-Up Gallery

The Old Shop Pop Up Gallery is a creative space in the centre of the Historic Market Town of Hingham, Norfolk.  Formerly a Victorian general store, the space is now home to a wide range of visual, written & performing artistic activities which are overseen by owners Sue Moore & Clio Burroughs with Gallery Consultant, Lorraine Pajak.

Our aim is to create as welcoming a

space as we can, which offers a wide

range of artistic activities &

experiences to compliment the

already thriving artistic community

in Hingham.

A co-operative of six local artists (Alison Dickson, Chrissy Bolton, Bob Kidd, Julie Langdon, Patricia Osborn & Sam Rafter), the Cleymore Motley Art Crew, meet together in the gallery space once a week to create, discuss, support, inspire & learn from each other. Each artist has their own unique style, focus & expertise. 

Their work will form the inaugural exhibition in the Gallery and will celebrates their coming together The Old Shop, giving them a creative home & allowing us to showcase local talent as well as the best of Norfolk.
